About Tri Property

Tri Property acquires residential investment properties across the United States. We work two sides of the market at once: on-market deals that agents bring us — listings that have gone stale, properties that won't pass a lender's appraisal, portfolios that need to move — and off-market deals that come directly from owners who would rather not list at all.

Most of the sellers we meet care about certainty more than squeezing out the last dollar. They have an inherited property in another state, a rental they're done managing, a repair list they don't want to fund, or a timeline that a traditional listing can't meet. Our job is to tell them honestly what the property is worth to us, why, and how quickly we can close.

For agents, we try to be the easiest buyer on your list: fast reviews, real proof of funds, few contingencies, and no retrading without a documented reason. Your commission is written into every contract we sign.

We underwrite every property individually — comparable sales, rent potential, condition, and exit. If a deal doesn't work for us, we say so quickly instead of tying up your property.
